How to Stay Fit as we Age WITHOUT Aches and Pains!

If you think that you have to just live with the pain because that is just what happens as we get older.. Think again....

That you have to wake up stiff or with aches and pains and think that is normal...Not true

OCTOBER 20TH AT 6PM IN- PERSON EVENT AT YMCA WHITE ROCK

Address: 7112 Gaston Ave, Dallas, TX 75214

We cannot tell you how many of our clients thought that they just had to live with aches and pains as they got older. The wanted to stay active but they lost hope that it was not going to be possible for them.

Check out a past clients story of going from hurting, having to slow down on her activities, and doctors telling her there is nothing she can do; to now playing pickleball, biking and hiking pain free! She feels like she got her life back and had lost hope that it was even possible.

You will learn more about what we discussed with this client in this Event

  • Why Arthritis might not be your problem or where your pain may be coming from.
  • How you might be stretching the wrong way- (Example- hamstring tightness might be coming from something else that needs to be addressed. The hamstring is just the symptom)
  • Why medications and injections do not give you lasting results
  • Why MRI's do not give you all the answers and can lead you down the path of more unnecessary Procedures.

Ryan Saiz

YMCA Instructor

Ryan Saiz has been working at the YMCA for about 3 months now. He wanted to work at the YMCA in order to help people get into fitness and start their journey.

Ryan started his own fitness journey a couple of years ago and it helped improve several aspects of his life. He wanted others to feel that same feeling of accomplishment that he had felt in starting his journey.

Helping other people reach or start working towards their fitness goals gives Ryan the drive and encouragement to keep improving himself and to continue to help others.

Ryan is currently pursuing his goal to achieve obtaining a personal training certificate. He wants to learn more about fitness and be a more well-rounded fitness coach.
