Stefani created this book out of Frustration for our healthcare system. In this book you will hear her stories as well as clients stories based on all the ways we feel pain and based on the body part!

It is a guide to help you understand where your pain may be coming from while hearing the stories to see yourself in those stories. I always say where the site of the pain is often not where the source of your problem is located!

I always have my clients that move away or friends and family that do not live in Dallas telling me to open an office near them! Well this is my way to help others not in Dallas to help to navigate their pain! Helping them have HOPE that they too can feel their best as they age! Not listening to doctors who say, "That is just what happens as we get older!" Or "Arthritis is the reason you are having pain." That may be true, but we often find that is not the case there is something else that is creating your pain that does not require surgery or injections!
